The Colosseum Luxury Hotel
No Accountability

Hi,

I stayed at the Colosseum cape town sometime in winter last year. I forgot my trench coat at the hotel. I later contacted the hotel & house keeping found the coat. I now need the item & they cannot find it. I've called on numerous occasions with no success.
It's for this reason that i will no longer use this hotel whenever i travel to Cape Town due to this inefficiency.
