Bestmed wont pay anything!!!???

I went on Bestmed Beat 3 for the reason that they state its for people wanting to start a family and for the maternity benefits that they "claim" is excellent! That however is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!! They state they pay for 2scans and 12 antenatal consultations... They wont pay any of my consultations! Saying that they dont cover midwives...?? Why not??? My midwife charges almost a third of what a gynea charges but they will pay the gynea?? That makes no sense!! Call them and they say the procedure codes are wrong. Resubmit with codes they gave me and still they reject it... And dont pay... Other times they give excusses that I am on a certain maternity program and that states they wont pay for midwives??? What the?? Then phone again ask about the so called maternity program that I am on and they cant see that I am on anything like that on their system??? It has been a few weeks now and numerous calls and nothing yet!!! I cant see myself STAYING with bestmed for the long haul if this is the kind of service I get!!!
