On The 2nd of April I phoned Bonitas to sort out a claim, wich I suspected they billedchared me incorrectly...
They said they would come back to me & listed to the voice recordings...
And up untill this morning, I have not reveived any responce from them, spoke to a supervisor from bonitas
this morning again & they have got no Idea of what is happening, they will come back to me?
REALLY???
A FEW DAYS DAYS LATER I WOULD AT LEAST HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IS HAPPENING, THIS IS REALLY POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!
