Great service from Customer Care

I needed to obtain my IT3 certificates from Bonitas. I have not been a member of Bonitas for a while, not because of poor service, but financial constraints. When I was with Bonitas they were excellent in paying claims as long as the correct procedures were followed, which was great.

I spoke with Khethiwe and she was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. She obtained the information that I required and it was delivered to my email within 30min.

I would like to compliment her on her awesome attitude and if this is the kind of after sales (even for a non member) then I will be glad to recommend Bonitas to others.
