Pathetic turned away at gate

I recently bought a groupon for a game drive and supper for 2. I made a booking a month in advance on when i showed up on 07/04/2013 i was told at the gate that there is no game drive for the night and that the cradle was closed. When i spoke to the manager he just says phone groupon and tell them to refund you. He was so rude and offered no sympathy considering we drove all the way from Pretoria. I asked why i wasnt called and notified and was told that they tried to contact me and but could not get hold of me which is considering i never received any calls or messages on my phone. Pathetic attitude and service. Highly not recommended
