The Cradle Restaurant
No Refund

Our two night stay for 29 till 31 March at "The Cradle" was cancelled by the owner on 25 March 2013. We were asked for our banking details so the sum of R 1000 could be refunded to us. I gave through the details but almost three months later I have not received my refund. As I understand it the owner sold the lodges to someone else. I was told by Stella Mhlanga (from The Cradle Restaurant) to contact the previous owner Warren Basel. I have repeatedly emailed Warren over the last few months about the refund but have yet to receive a reply. I have now lodged a report/claim with The National Consumer Commission (NCC), [URL Removed] [Email Removed] I understand that there are many people having the same problem so I encourage them to do the same
