MISLEADING AND FRAUDING CONSUMERS BY GROUPON

I have purchased a groupon deal last year, to which I've made reservations for the 8April - 12April 2013, as it's my 5th wedding anniversary,

and was very excited about to the point that I've spoken to Jennifer from the cradle 3weeks ago, asking about any other activities and tours in the surrounding area. At no point had she mentioned anything about the Bull that has transpired between The Cradle and Groupon, and in fact confirmed my booking again with me.

I have since then, booked and made arrangements for tours, spa treatment's & other activates daily in celebration of my anniversary, which has now been blatantly cancelled by 2 very unconcerned and rude members from Cradle as well as Lusanda from Groupon,

I've paid deposits for these activates for accommodation I now no longer have due to Groupon not paying the suppliers, yet Groupon have taken my money already. GROUPON is FRUADING the consumers and public as well as Suppliers and merchandisers

I have spoken to numerous ppl since last monday, all making promises to ensure a similar replacement deal, along with A stupid R250 voucher for the inconvienance, and a refund of my money, yet no confirmations done to me.
