Dont use discovery!!!

My Daughter was admitted to an out-of-network hospital in a critical condition. The Dr.'s suspected Meningitis and Rhoter Virus. We were told she had to be admitted immediately due to the severity of her condition. As per my contract with Discovery out-of-network Hospitals can be used in the case of an emergency.

I have now been served with a R5 000 bill because the Medical aid is saying she had Sinusitis and it is not a critical condition... SHE WAS NOT ADMITTED WITH SINUSITIS!!!

This medical ail is all about talk but not the walk. My wife is delivering our second daughter at a 'network' hospital on the 25th. Cant wait to see what bills I get hit with next. My monthly contribution is R 2500. This is a joke! All they can do is take, but they are no-shows when you need them.
