I'm sick and tired of this medical aid, firstly i get put through to accounts department and held on for approx. 20 minutes with no one answering!!! Secondly I pay the doctors and claim back from medical aid, with proof of payment and statement, and they pay the Doctor!! this is ridiculous!!! Thirdly I pay for these telephone calls!!! HOW is it possible that me as a member pays a total of R3532.00 a month for this type of service, attitude and lack of competency??? What are Managers for?
