Vitality penalises customers when moving plans

Vitality penalised me for moving to Classic Saver under my husband as main member - we both lost our gold status which means Diamond status cannot be obtained next year, as this is year 3 we be both would have achieving gold status.

I phoned the call centre and they confirmed that Vitality penalises clients when moving from your own separate plan unto the plan of your partner. This means we have lost all the money spent trying to achieve and maintain gold status, and worst of all this effects our life insurance benefits with Discovery.

We've had nothing but problems with Discovery since the beginning of this year. Not even to mention Discovery Drive who took almost 2 months in just sending my starter pack and installing the tracker system! Promised BP fuel benefits lost!!
