SURPRISE your premium incr in Dec you're suspended

I have requested MANY times for a confirmation of contribution - nothing. I keep emailing and only get auto response. I had half a request honoured 8 days after request. The premiums are paid on a monthly basis yet rather than sending a mail to advise of the December adjustment - the call centre say "the member is in fact aware of an annual increase". Well 'in fact' we are not. I have requested numerous bill statements and debtors re-'s but no such thing. Not even a 'hey, we realise we didn't tell you, so we will reinstate the policy and tell you when we are able to, what the 'in fact' amount is'. The main member of the policy is dependant on a working medical aid and has had to foot the bill for this lack of performance and DISMAL client service!!!
