Suspended

After getting some good fedback on unpaid claims we are now suspended, we handed in all our info in December last year to our brokers and we then on their information paid R2049 our premium, in January and February it was not what our broker said but in fact more when we confronted our brokers the said pay the amount of R2049 they then also said they needed 3 months bank statements and all will be sorted out. Now we are in the 7 month and still we are suspended, the brokers say they are busy sorting out and Resolution staff say they are waiting for outstanding amounts so between Resolution staff and Resolution appointed agents we now have no cover if something happens to one of my kids (forbid) what will I do?
