MESS WITH BOOKINGS AND NOISY

We went through on the Saturday morning to check in. We did events on the Saturday morning and the mountain bike race on the Sunday morning. When we checked in, we were taken down the passage, where I could immediately smell stale smoke. We went into room 106 and noticed someone's clothing and items, so we were then transferred to room 122 which seemed fine. That afternoon, after lazing about the pools all day, we went and lay in the bedroom and watched TV. The children next door were screaming, running down the passage and banging doors for about 2 hours. We asked to be moved, then moved right to the end of the passage, room 150, which seemed great, besides the smell of stale smoke. There was a group of women opposite our room and probably 3 doors down. They DID NOT STOP opening and closing the door, literally every 8 seconds, and the doors creek every time. I had to tell them to be quite around midnight and then again, at 12h47, when I completely lost it, she was shouting to her neighbour down the passage. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! WHEN I TOLD THE RECEPTION THE NEXT MORNING HE JUST LAUGHED AT ME, THOUGH IT WAS FUNNY! I WILL RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!
