Fedhealth Medical Scheme
FEDUP!!! WITH FEDHEALTH NOT PAYING CLAIMS AT ALL!!

I had a baby last year December 2012,
it is now June 2013 and up until now my hospital bills has not been paid by my Fedhealth
I Phoned and emailed them numerous times regarding this and every time they tell me the hospital did'nt supply them with ICD10 codes, and they want proof that the claim was submitted within the 4 month time frame.
The hospital have emailed them numerous times with the amended information and so have I
The people at fedhealth takes ages to responed, or they dont even bother, due to their lack of responding, my claim has become stale and now I'm being handeover by the Hospital for R22000.00,

Now this is not fair at all, I had my autorisation, and if i knew that Fedhealth would'nt pay this bill i would of gone to a public hospital, I want this to be sorted out as this mistake is not from my side and I am sick of talking to a wall every single day!!!

I'm disgusted by the service I get from Fedhealth they are by far the worst medical aid ever, I would recommend people not use them, unless you want to be blacklisted and in debt!!!

I wont leave this matter as is, and i'm going take this further!!
