Service? - FAIL

To give you the highlights:
I have an emergency with toothache that developed overnight, the way toothache does.
Went to Medicross Constantia Park as a 'walk-in' patient. After waiting for an hour, not one of the receptionists made the effort to inform me that a lot more time is going to pass, before there is any mention of help. I had to go and ask.
No one had enough initiative to offer to call me the moment there is any cancellation.By this time I made it very that I am in more than just a little pain.
No one offered to ask the dentists if one of them is willing to make an exception to see me after knock-off time.
Not on of the ladies suggested that I schedule the very first available appointment.
There are dentists on another floor of the building. Could they not have phoned them to ask for any vacancies?
We just stared at each other and they dismissed me with a script for pain meds.
My mind and IQ are so disabled by pain I only thought of the above suggestions on my way to work.
Surely they deal with emergencies every single day and this should be a schooled train of thought?
If you call this service - FAIL!!
