Flies, Cockroaches, Water that Dribbles!

We bought a voucher for a meal for 2 at Tuscan BBQ Silverlakes, we booked for the lunch on the 29/03/13, got there and it was dark, floors grimy, we started out to serve at the buffet and Cockroaches roamed the serving area, there place was infested with flies. i called the lady on duty and took her to see the Cockroach and she swiped it down, tramped it and said we always fumigate. we walked out! this weekend we booked into Kwambali Lodge, the room is disgusting, the bed was wet, the floors are bricks the shower dribbles with water and you can not open hot and cold taps together, the drain in the shower is a gaping hole. where do Groupon get their clients from! we checked in at 3pm and left there at 8pm to check into another hotel. Will i be reimbursed my money! In total i spent R1000.00 with Groupon that was a waste! I expect a holiday to be a holiday not somewhere where im scared of my toes touching the floor! - i will not be spending money at Groupon it is just not worth IT!!!
