Terrible Service

I went to see a doctor on 26/03/2013. Stood at the reception counter for about 10min before being acknowledged or assisted.

I phoned yesterday afternoon to request a Doctors note be faxed to my office, and was advised I need to speak to a specific lady this morning. This morning I phoned at 7:30, and they took down my fax number and all the details. At 10:30 I have still not received it. I called again and gave all my details again.

At 12:50 I have still not received the letter. When I phoned I was advised that it was faxed an hour ago. i was then told to hold on for confirmation. I held on for 11min without receiving any feedback, then a fax came through with my Doctors note. Still no one came back to the phone to speak to me.

I find this type of service shocking and am not very pleased. Surely the Receptionist should be trained to give good service to the patients.
