NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

I sent an e-mail complaint to Messaris Bros on 13 May 2013 about long black hair which we found in a 200g packet of "Bubbles", they did respond on the same day but they were responding to the incorrect customer - their repsonse had nothing to do with my complaint. I sent them another e-mail and to date I haven't had any response at all. I have been sending them weekly e-mails seeking the courtesy of a reply, but to no avail. I have the "read receipt" facility on my e-mails and I can see that my e-mails have been opened by them.
