Poor Attitude

I was promised my refund on mail which I have proof of 2 weeks ago. I did a follow up yesterday and was told that my deposit was done and I will receive proof via email before COB yesterday which i didn't. I called Vivian Moodley today and ssked him whats going on and he says it was done yesterday what else must he do. I asked him where's my proof that he said I will receive via mail. He says what else you want me to do when i already did the deposit. I asked him for the director's contact no. or someone higher than him. He replies and says his the owner. POOR POOR ATTITUDE. I have everything on mail.
