Lost my spectacles on Sunday. Picked new frames on Monday at Lunch time. The week had one public holiday, but 3 day promise was made. We are now on Tuesday, eight days later. My issue. The hint of bad customer service reflected on Monday, when I had to hang around like a "lost " for almost 10 minutes before interaction occured, has propagated into a whole body experience. You would think that if there is an urgency associated with the delivery of spectacles the branch would provide some feedback on the status of the process. NOTHING, NADA. Final insult!! Incorrect numbers go to Medical Aid. Result: They will never see me again, and I will spread the "good" news.
