I took my mother on the 26 October 2013 for an eye testing and we selected the green frame, we received a call from Spec Savers consultant inform us that the frame we choose were small (the lens could not fit), We had to go back to the store to select another frame this time we opted for the lesser on which was the red frame, the total amount was supposed to be decreased by R440.00, since then I never received an feedback, so I went on the 23.11.2013 to Maponya Mall to enquire because no one got back to me, when I got to the store I found two gentle men and I asked them about the spectacles and they told me that they will investigate the matter and provide me with feedback on the Monday (25.11.2013) I waited for the call as usual no one bothered to call me back. I called the store on the 02.12.2013 and Future (consultant) said that the spectacles were at the lab and will be delivered on the same or the 03.12.2013, I made another follow-up call on the 03.12.2013 and spoke to Thabo and promised to call me back.

I am really frustrated with their service and I want to cancel the whole thing, I need them to refund my money as they have already debited money from my Edgars card.
