Waiting 2 months for spectacles

I went to St Georges branch on 10 August 2013 for an eye test and ordered my spectacles, which I was informed would take 5 days. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I received it after 2 months of waiting. The worst part is that the practice submitted their claim to Discovery and got paid for the eye test and spectacles 2 months ago.
