Full amount paid, no bed to sleep and no refund

I have received very bad or no service from the Amritz lodge in Boshoek in the NW province after paying the full amount. We were not allowed to check in, even though we had spoken to the owner about a late check in. She only told us at 22:51 that the maximum check in time is at 23:00 and she hung up on us and we had had to sleep in the car in the middle of nowhere because of the bad service we received. I paid 2250 rand and did not have a bed to sleep in.
