In hope of a response to an ongoing account

I was totally flabbergasted today to receive a call from a debt collecting agency regarding an account and informed I had been listed with the credit bureau. This is an ongoing account for which I have made numerous telephone calls to their Blouberg accounts department. Each time when I explained the situation I was told I would be contacted... I asked that they email me an account and not post it as their appears to be a problem with our postal address and not receiving any mail.
I was referred for xrays after a fall and with it being a weekend I was concerned that there would be additional expenses. I asked hospital reception to make enquiries & was informed that a fee of R548 was due. In fact the radiologist waited for us to arrive as she needed my partner's assistance in holding a baby needing x-rays as the child's mother was pregnant.
I hope that this post will encourage SA x-rays to contact me and resolve the issue.
