Despite various calls my instructions were ignored

On 21/10/2013 I had X-rays done and paid for them as I left. When I got back to work I received an e-mail alerting me of a claim that has been lodged against my medical aid. I immediatly called and informed them that I paid the amount and the Radiologist has no claim against my medical aid. Despite various calls from both me and the radislogists instructions where completely ignored and the claim was paid.

Then I received a mail to say that the funds are now going to be paid into my personal bank account, and yet again despite various instruction to keep the funds in my medical aid savings account, the funds was paid into my bank account.

Speaking to a Line Manager this morning, it is now a case of sorry we made the mistake, but we cannot now reverse the funds.

So despite receiving instructions from me to not pay the claim under any circumstaces (and considering this claim was paid out of my medical aid savings account, i.e. my own personal money), they also recieved instructions from the Radiologist but they blissfully went ahead and paid.

I received a call this morning from the Radiologist asking if they can pay the money into my account, as the medical aid is not reversing
