Honeymoon Disaste

I will Keep it as brief as possible although I could write an SA on the things that were wrong. My wife and I were on Honeymoon, long before our arrival at Far Hills Country Hotel we had confirmed our booking. On arrival they had no record of our booking on their system, let alone for the promised honeymoon suit. Once we were taken to the first room my wife and I noted disgusting stains on the bed linen. It appeared as though the linen had not been cleaned or even changed. We were then shown to another room where the bed side light was broken and hanging next to the bed. We looked at the bed clothes and again dirty oily stains on the bed. We then had a look at the bathroom only to fined filthy towels with brown stains and various other marks of varying colour. This was absolutely disgusting. the receptionist came to strip the bedding (the duvet and pillows also stained and appearing dirty) she then left us waiting for an 1.5 hrs. We packed our bags and left. When handing in the key on our way out we were informed the receptionist had left after her shift and not informed anyone we were waiting in the room. Definitely not the luxury 4 star accommodation advertised when we booked.
