Misleading room description at Cascade Manor Paarl

Bought Daddy's voucher for 1 night stay at the Cascade country manor in the Paarl.

The voucher reads: "You and partner will nest in the deluxe room which is equipped with separate walk in showers and two seat spa baths"

We were accommodated in a classic (Standard) room.

No spa bath, just a normal bath.

The road to the manor was a mud bath, had to get my car cleaned by Valet service after a stressful drive, glide through the mud. No apology or prior warning regarding the road condition was offered.
