Need surgical procedure scheme refuse to pay

Medical Aid refuse to pay for my Surgical Procedure telling me about my 3 months waiting period i do understand they have a policy, i did not ask for this procedure if i new that i need to go for this i would not have cancelled with my previos Medical Aid. This is so dissapointing i'm in so much pain, every time i call them they have a story that my request has been sent to the board this request was sent on the 4th of March, i emailed a Motivational letter my Dr sent a letter and my Dr called them as well, this is to remove a large Cysts on my Ovaries. Please help still waiting for feedback this is really bad service
