Bad Service

I have a swollen uterus and have high blood pressure. I have a one year waiting period on my medical aid Coastal Saver plan on Discovery for Ovarian Cysts - after even sending through a letter from my specialist gynaegologist to state that the procedure I have has nothing to do with Ovarian Cysts Discovery is still refusing to pay fort the procedure I need done. I have to therefore live in pain. We have never missed one instalment. Are good customers and have had no hospitalization since we joined in October 2012. We were also members before we left for the UK for 3 months and then joined again. Im so dissapointed in the service that I have received from Discovery.
