I would like to compliment Oscarine Matthys and Lerato (did not get her surname) for the professional and competent manner in which they handled my calls, they listened to the problem and got a solution.
In the same breath I would like to say how useless the claims department is, they do not read the mail before deciding what to do with the claim. I asked for a refund out of my savings for my contact lenses bought in October and January, and they rejected it, stating that the June services was before my membership started. I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT only for October and January.
