Claim submitted and still not processed

I submitted a claim via email on the 8th march and received a response with the following reference number:171350233 the same day. Today I went online to track the claim and it is not there. I then called the call centre and spoke to Robert and he then tracked the claim and said he would submit it for processing. The ref for that call is 172056693.

The claim should be almost paid out not now being sent for processing. And had i not called i would never have got paid.
