The single most arrogant company in South Africa

As a current member of Discovery I am on their Essential Comprehensive plan at a cost of R 5045-00 per month. Believing that this is excessive I decided to go onto their Classic Priority plan which is about R 1360-00 per month less than the R 5045-00 I'm paying now. This organisation tells me that I cannot do this as it is an "upgrade". Really, at R 1360--00 less per month, an UPGRADE!!! The medical aid fraternity has got us by the bs because you cannot change without a three month waiting period, even if you have been a member of a medical aid for 20 years. The arrogance and high-handedness of Discovery beggars belief, after all my contributions contribute to their profits and I am de facto a client with no rights whatsoeve
