Slowest Payment Process eve

I have sent in my claim on the 27/02/2013. It was never paid into my account. I called discovery and was told that they cannot view my document and they are sending it to their Technical division and it will be paid within 4 days. After 4 days i called back and they says they will escalate this issue. Till date i have not recieved payment. This is unprofessional guys. How do you expect me to use discovery with this kind of useless service. Wake up please.
