Chronic Medication

I have been calling Quantum Discovery regarding my chronic medication I am suppose to take. Every day I hear a different story. My medication is finished and I do not understand why do I have to use my own money to keep buying it when I have a medical aid. I joined Quantum in February 2013 and I am already experiencing problems. Yesterday I was told that my form was sent to the wrong department and today I called and I was told it was not processed. I want my chronic medication.
