The Evil Discovery Strikes again

After fighting with Discovery to get onto Chronic medication because we did not follow a process I finally got onto Chronic medication only to find out that it was only covered for a short period.
Now I have to jumps through hoops again to get the medication back onto Chronic.

This is unacceptable to me. Mainly because I pay these guys a fortune through the year, only to be told they have a process.

I now have to go and see ANOTHER specialist, at my own cost, to get a MOTIVATION for my medication to be put back on Chronic.

Discovery doesn't care about their clients. They care about their back pocket. Nothing more!

It's been a HORRIBLE experience dealing with this insurer. I wish I had never joined.
