Disappointing service from the chronic department

I have been a loyal member of discovery for some time now however I have to say their service levels have seriously dropped and very disappointing lately.

I am a chronic medication patient and discovery now introduced this new service where your medication can be delivered to you and you don't have to pay extra, however their service provider leaves nothing but a bitter taste in my mouth, I have had endless problems since I got onto this service, I have practically had to call the service provider every month over the same problem where they dispatch and claim the wrong medication and then send me an sms about a co-payment after it was clarified which medication I should be getting in the beginning.

I have to spend many rands in airtime calling them to rectify this monthly and then call discovery to raise my dissatisfaction. Again this month same thing, had to call the service provider and then report to discovery and this was on Monday already and I was told someone would call me back but I am still, waiting and in the meantime my treatment is being compromised because my medication is running out and I was told it would arrive Tuesday.

Considering changing medical aids now
