Bad experience from the day I joined Discovery

Getting forms signed to join was sent back to me 5 times after I had corrected what they had asked for.
- Was not sent car stickers with bar code.
- I was booked for a procedure which i got a confirmation number for. No one advised me that i needed my doctor to fill in a form to authorize it, i got a message on the day of my procedure to say it was declined- TOO LATE!
- Since then all deductions have been taken from my savings account.
- I am now getting emails from Dr's for their money as they do not have yet from my doctor.
- I have tried following up myself.
- Discovery make everything your problem instead of wanting to help you.
- I feel i was not advised correctly when choosing my level, as i was not aware that i would always have to pay in.
- I was on Momentum and never had such bad service.
