Promises, promises

Phoned me after I complained on Hellopeter and promised they would pay me back I have not received a cent since I claimed the money back on 28/01/2013.

Phoned me on 04/03/2013 telling me it is all one big mistake and they will refund me to the extent that I am covered. It is now 7 days later and have not received anything. On my member login all it says is that it will not be refunded and a reason code 103, but nowhere can I see what this reason is and when I will be refunded. I need my R 820.00 in fact I needed it in February...

I refuse to phone the customer care line again, because they do not know of this problem and just keep on telling me that this doctor is not covered, but he was when I went there.
