Discovery removed me from medical aid!!

Good day

my girlfriend added myself and my son to her medical last year due to me suffering with asthma, i had an attack last year and was booked into milpark hospital and as well as garden city clinic. this year January i get a call from the medical aid some woman who has no way of speaking to clients PAYING clients that is asked if i was born with asthma or if i just picked it up recently me as an HONEST person replied that i was born with it... now going back my girlfriend never filled the forms in correctly HUMAN mistake as she never ticked off that i has asthma discovery removed me last year because of this reason! now not contacting me last year to tell me about this i was under the impression that i was still on a medical aid and continued to pay discovery in the mean time i was removed and now i have to pay R100 000 back to discovery this is truly unexceptable as discovery is quick to get clients offer them the best service but as soon as it comes to paying something out for the client we get treated like dogs!!! now they are calling us demanding payments i mean where should i cough up that amount of cash! a simple mistake that could of been rectified LAST YEAR already
