The Beach House
Appaulling facilities and even worse attitudes!!!

We had such an aweful experience in the above mentioned guesthouse, a week ago.
If their facilities are graded 4-star, I have lost all faith in South Africa as a whole.. and I will never travel / holiday locally, ever again - rather push my money into other countries!

This facility's rooms are dreadfull! Dirty, dust and spiderwebs.. And a smell! Nauseating! They boast state of the art facilities, and once you arrive there, you are so disgusted, and they could not care less!

Really - they dont even deserve ONE star!

Pathetic!

We are now R2800 out of pocket, because we had to leave there and were forced to look for other accommodation, and they wont reimburse us!

Luckily we have the consumer protection act! Taking this further with our lawyer, first thing tomorrow morning!
