Unacceptable follow up service

I saw Dr Dirk le Roux on the 18th of February, and phoned today for a follow up letter with regards to my appointment to submit to my medical aid for a claim. I was brushed off by the receptionist (Vuyo) with a terrible attitude and told this was not possible, I find this unacceptable as I saw the doctor as a patient and I don't not feel that this is a lot to ask for, as all Doctors I have delt in the past have been more than willing to help with such things. I spoke to another women at the doctors rooms who again tried to brush me off and suggested I go to a GP to get the letter I needed. Quiet frankly I feel that this boils down to complete laziness and bad customer service. I am very disappointed in the service I received today and I feel that because this is something that is not billable they are not interested in helping me, even though was a paying patient just 3 weeks ago. I think that it reflects very badly on the Hospital and Netcare itself.
