I have been in communication with Bonitas from the 21st of December 2012 along with the Doctors who are involved we have been try to get authorisation for a treatment that's gonna save my Dad's live, My Dad had Mouth Cancer in 2010 he had an operation along with radiation, The radiation damage his blood vessel's in his mouth now he need's treatment to reverse the damage an he has to have another operation, Bonitas staff have been giving Me and the Doctor's the run around everytime i call i'm on the phone for 45mins each time, they transfer me from 1 department to another without any result, My Dad suppose to start his treatment on the 14th of January he has seen been on a liquid diet seen then, he can't eat any solid food, he is deteriorating day by day & Bonitas keep telling me that they are working on it they will get back to me which they never do, we have waited 2 months but still no result from them i'm afraid we can't wait any more it's a matter of LIFE & DEATH.
