On 18 February somebody on my behalf phoned Fedhealth to find out what documentation they need for me to change my bank detail on my debit order. I mailed signed and stamped letter from bank with new account detail and instruction with relevant medical aid info. Only on 27.02.2013 Fedhealth sms request for copy of ID and I fax immediately. Just to receive 3.3.13 and 4.3.13 mail that my medical aid has been suspended. The ARROGANCE I had to face from Fedhealth SHOCKING-from call center, accounting department to Charmaine. Their excuse wrong that somebody asked for info on my behalf and they had delay on their side processing change of detail but I am wrong. Then audacity to admit I was not covered for February (due to their delay in process) yet I have to pay premium - reason 'THAT IS THE WAY IT WORKS". All along I have been treated as criminal and the attitude STINKS! With this attitude it is clear they will be THE FIRST to do you in under any circumstance. No integrity and worst NOBODY with modest, helpful attitude to communicate to. Another corporate, instead of making difference hide against size. At the end clear indication of attitude from top management.
