Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Shocking service

On the 22nd of January 2013 I got confirmation that I was a member of Fedhealth Medical Scheme. I was supposed to be covered from 1 February and pay in arrears on 1 March. Fedhealth has taken "their" money but I am STILL NOT covered.

This was a direct transfer from the medical aid I was on since birth, so there is NOT supposed to be a waiting period. When I queried (NUMEROUS TIMES) why nothing was going through, I get told I'm on a 3 month waiting period. This was NEVER mentioned ANYWHERE!!! I am paying for a service that is non-existent!!
I want my money back, or some service please!!!

23 years of excellent service from my previous medical aid, and absolute nonsense from my new one. Time to sort yourselves out Fedhealth!!!
