Debit order for membership, despite termination

This complaint comes off the heels of a complaint I was forced to make a week ago as I was getting no response back from Medihelp about a reimbursement that they had short paid me. I found this as bad a as they take it upon themselves to take money off the amount owed for outrageous and nonsensical reasons. I called and asked the process to see a specialist and did exactly that. When they called me after my hellopeter report, I was told that all info is in my brochure. Obviously, I don't keep the Medihelp brochure with me, especially since I have been a member for 3 years, hence why I called. The lady I spoke to was rude and insisted it is my fault/problem as all info is in the brochure.
I had terminated my membership as I don't like dealing with Medihelp, they are inefficient rude, and always have excuses when a claim needs to be paid. I have written confirmation of such termination date for 31 January, yet they still debited my account, with an inflated amount. This is unauthorized, and best be refunded into my account and proof sent to me today. I am also sending this report to complaints@medicalschemes as I feel like Medihelp could not be bothered with customer service
