Medihelp disappoints again

Once again, medihelp disappoints!

i have been with medihelp for about two years now! my husband has been with them for 11 months, and no one has ever been happy with their service. once again my husband has to be investigated, now to have an operation to correct a hernia, that is fine, everyone has to do it, then i ask how long will it take "i cant say" fine understandable, but when i ask to simply keep me updated because his operation is scheduled for 13 days from now i get a "we cant do that". i tell her i need to make sure i have the go a head before he goes in because i do not want to have to reschedule like they made me do the last time he had to go into hospital she reply's with "you can still go in on the date but if they don't give us the go ahead we will have to pay! ", now tell me what is the point of having a medical aid if they don not aid you with anything!!! then to top it all off, the lady i was on the phone with then started being rude and then finally just says she "will do so" but you can hear she is belittling me and being sarcastic!

so once again medihelp disappoints me again!
