Bad service at Men's clinic

It seems all this clinics have the same standards, I was made to wait for an hour at reception few months ago, after that when I finally got to see the Dr, he gave me an injection without listening much to what I intended to say. The injection was supposed to give and test my erection but quite scaringly I never got any erection and was kept in some room for almost two hours with magazines, until I asked if they have forgotten me. Clearly they were a bit busy that day, with one Dr seemingly pushing the numbers. And still after that whole ordeal they still wanted to sell me medication, which I didn't entertain. They then gave me an injection I was supposed to use to control my erection, mind u at that time I had still not had any erection at all which scared the living out of me, cause my actual problem wasn't that worse. You guys can most certainly do a lot to first improve your clinics appearances, and consultations with your clients. Right now u appear to me, to be more on the selling business than curing. Though m not entirely against selling especially if it works for others, but good clean service is also critical.
