Unacceptable claims processing

Earlier this year my daughter required orthopedic corrective inserts for her feet. The cost of the doctor and the insert was agreed to by Discovery as a PMB claim. But before this could be processed, Discovery paid the Surgeon, then realized they had made a mistake and is now trying to tell me that I owe Discovery the money that they elected to pay. All efforts to contact them have fallen on deaf ears. I have been a customer since 1998 and hold other Discovery products, but if this arrogant and unacceptable behavior continues will not do so much longer.
