Incompetent staff

I had made numerous calls to the client services department, yet no one is able to assist me with my refund! Yet i have sent through all the supporting documents requested alomost 2 weeks ago.

I understand the system error which they tell us concerning the incorrect amounts being debited, but it needs to be resolved!

If this matter is not resolved, i will take this matter further since this is a breach of contract!!!
