Still Awaiting Auth-Call centre has no answe

I took my daughter to the doctor on the evening of the 4th Feb. I am on the KeyCare plan and needs to get authoriaztion to see a pediatrician, A request was faxes through from the Doctors office and reached Discovery on the 05/02. Since the 05/02 I have been following up every alternative day including this Saturday morning. I have not received any feed back or auth from them and my daughter is still not well. After I contact them on Saturday morning I had to take her to the Doctor again, because she is till not well. the dr did explain that she needs to see a pediatrician as he does not specialize in, what he thinks is wrong. this is so frustrating as I had to pay /- R200 as this is not on discovery"s formulary and COULD HAVE been avioded if I'd seen a specialised.
The most frustating thing is that the callcentre operators also do not understand why i did not get auth, as they said" this is strange but, I cannot even give you emergency auth, as well" this matter was escalated 3 times, NO RESPONSE.
I am very dissapionted, as i ahve been a member 12yrs. I spent so much money and will have to pay to see the pediatrician, as i fear my child might get worse. WHAT MUST I DO???
